Known for the Sree Subrahmanya Swamy Temple, Haripad is where a unique pickle recipe was born, passed down through generations. Discovered Rani Madhavi Thampuran during a temple visit, this mango pickle became a royal favorite, crafted with exquisite spices and ingredients. Today, Pradeep Panicker of EAT (Energy and Taste) preserves this centuries-old recipe, sharing the vibrant flavors and heritage of Haripad with the world.

The Founder

Mr. Pradeep Panicker

Pradeep Panicker is an accomplished hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the hotel and food service industry, specializing in food production and culinary management. With a career spanning multiple roles as a Executive  Chef and operational leader, Pradeep has consistently demonstrated his expertise in both the art of cooking and the science of large-scale food production.

 

Currently, Pradeep serves as the Head of Operations at Alghanim Caterings Services Co. W.L.L., one of the leading catering service providers in the region. Under his leadership, the company produces an astonishing 80,000 meals per day, serving a wide range of clients including corporate, institutional, and industrial sectors. Pradeep is responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of operations from sourcing high-quality ingredients to ensuring that every meal meets the highest standards of taste and safety.

 

With a background deeply rooted in luxury hotel kitchens and high-volume catering services, Pradeep brings a unique blend of creativity, efficiency, and innovation to his work. His ability to manage complex production environments, while maintaining impeccable quality and meeting tight deadlines, has established him as a key figure in the industry. He is known for his visionary approach to food production and his commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences on a massive scale.
